First, lets start with this about
implantation bleeding.
Next, let's go on the the bright red blood. Bright red blood is a danger sign. It is a signal that something is wrong.
Third, you do not mention your age. This is VERY important for hormonal reasons. Hormones do not always settle down until about the age of 28.
It is possible that you miscarried prior to implantation. Read my post about implantation bleeding.
It is important you seek out medical advice in person rather than on the internet at this point. Is there a local health department in your area? Or a Planned Parenthood?
