3 weeks late,normal cycle,2 negative test!

I am 25 yrs old, my fiancˇe and I really have been trying for a baby. Right now, I am 3 weeks late. My periods usually are on time or 3-4 days late at the most. I have had 2 negative home pregnancy tests., 1 when I was a week late and 1 at 2 weeks late.I don't have many symptoms, I had bloating big time and really tired and extremely going crazy and frequent urination for 2 days straight 1 week ago. Today I started to feel cramping then went to the bathroom and there was like particles of blood in toilet then light pink blood in toilet paper just once tonight. Is that spotting? If so is that normal when I'm 3 weeks late? Or do you think I may be starting my period or pregnant? Thank you everyone! Well I ended up having some bright blood when I wiped this morning, nothing in the toilet yet, but I'm sure my period is coming! I guess I was just stressed out! Man, that has never happened to me, to go that long without a period! Oh well!

You may be pregnant, but you really need to see your doctor. There could be other complications that he or she are qualified to address.
