Wireless router not working after upgrading internet speed

Hi,
I recently upgraded my internet speed to BigPond ADSL 600MB 20000/512 and since then I have been unable to hook up through my wireless router. Is there something I need to change on the computer, modem or router?

I would contact your ISP provider and see if they can help

Can you get internet service with wired -- prove modem and router work

If you have a laptop try accessing someone elses network that is working

May be best to reset modem - and let it get a fresh start

Then reset router and allow it to make necessary connections

Then start a computer and see if it connects to the internet

If modem has DSL light -- then it is probably working

If you contact your router support, they say hook computer to modem

If it works computer to modem -- router is the problem

Do you have your router set up right -- login and check settings

It may be best to get help from router suppurt
