wireless router-ADSL MODEM

I have a HUAWEI Smart AX MT882 ADSL Modem and I am trying to connect through a D-LINK WBR 1310 WIRELESS router unsuccessfully even after following the instructions given in the disk carefully.

tell me how I can connect to the net using these two.

What part exactly are you having problems with? Does the computer not get on wireless at all?
When you are on the computer, does it list the wireless network's name? If you go to start, run, and type CMD and hit enter, then type ipconfig and hit enter, what do you see? Specifically, the IP address and subnet mask
