Unwanted phone calls and text messages
My friend has been getting calls and text messages from a certain cell phone number. He has tried every means possiable including the local police department, to find out who this is. What he has found out is that it is a TracPhone (pre-paid). That's it. Is there anyone out there that can tell us if it is possiable to trace the phone to its owner? How?

First yes you can trace it does the number show as unknown or just a phone number if it's a phonenumber just Google the number but you got to pay money to show information about the persons phonenumber.

If its unknown then its someone using a private number or a computer program that can people online

The best way I just change your phonenumber to a new one

If you have the actual number the phone co. can block them from calling you. You just have to call them and explain your case.

!st Tracphone terrorists use them so text back the person and ask for the receipt of where they bought the Trac phone which they will never do SO YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO FIND THE OWNER OF A TRAC PHONE That's THE WHOLE IDEA BEHIND TRAC PHONES also you can't block incoming calls to a cell phone only a land line if you have the service on your land line to block in coming call number
