    Modem reset
    Hi I'm jim, I'm trying to reset my modem. Any suggestions?

    What type ? Brand?

    I have several at various locations, on mine
    1. you turn them off ( unplug them) for about 5 min

    Or

    2. they have a small pin hole button or back and you push it with a pen head.
