| try to power down the router and/or the modem for like 2 minutes. then plug in just the modem first if you unplugged it. let the lights to to their normal pattern then plug in the router until it goes back to its normal pattern and then try again. if still not internet see what the ip address is. if it is something like 169.254.??.?? then do this
1. Click Start, click Run, type netsh winsock reset catalog, and click OK.
2. Click Start, click Shut Down, and click Turn Off. |
