Remote control of ceiling fan

I have a ceiling fan with 4 light bulbs attached to it downside. The remote
has stopped working. the pull chain switches have been replaced and are also not effective. The battery of the remote has been replaced. What next
should Ido to make the system working? Please advise. Thanks

Try bypassing the remote receiver (in the fan's ceiling canopy) to see if everything works without it.
