Connecting to 192.168.1.0

I am trying to setup my D-Link DI-624 (c2) and I can't connect to the IP address 192.168.1.0, if you have an any how to help I would appreciate it, thanks.

Here are 2 web sites on setting up your router -- is this a new router

The reason I ask is that firmware may need updated - even on new router

.0 is a reserved address. The lowest and highest address on a particular segment is reserved. For a SM of 255.255.0 that means .0 and .255 are reserved.
