C:\Windows\system32\services.exe is a legitimate file that is part of Microsoft Windows. C:\Windows\services.exe is not and is probably a malware file. If you have recently removed the malware either manually or with a software scanner, there may have been a reference left to the now missing file in the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run or HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run registry keys which needs to be removed manually with the registry editor. WARNING: Manual editing of the registry may result in an inoperable computer. Any other references to this file can be searched for using the registry editor. Since you are getting two prompts, there are two orphaned references that need to to be removed.
