Win-XP and Unicode !!!

Hello,

I've a win-xp in Dutch language, and I use Arabic language also, so I've activated the unicode to make some programs displays arabic in the right way.
And here my problem started, as I do see that some char. used in the Dutch language are displaying in a wrong way ( another char. is displayed instead of the original char. like , ? ).

I've tried to deactivate the unicode again from win-xp, but it doesn't help.

Any tips ?

Regards,
