what is Build 3790

hey all,

Iwould like to know the significance of the Build 3790 or for that matter any other number stand for what???

Whatam I supposed to infer from that??? I noticed that the MS W2k3 Server with Build 3790. Now I dont know what it means and what it stands for.

Can someone explain me what it is all about??? Or any direction to a site or url woudl also do.
