System hang when installing winxp

Was trying to install winxp on a new? unit and windows comes upwith this message, "A problem has been detected and windows...... Be sure to check disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Disable BIOS options such caching and shadowing.....

Technical information:
***STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x809E2720,0xFC90622C)

I have sufficient space I suppose, 30GB of space. No driver can be identified as the HDD has no data on it.

Pray help me solve this problem, I need my PC. Thanks.
