dwwin.exe dll initilization failed message when i log off or shut down the pc

dwwin.exe is Dr Watson, which is windows error capturing program. There are many different things that can cause this and they can sometimes be hard to find. One of the most common is Adobe Acrobat software. If you have this installed, try upgrading to the latest version availiable. Hope this helps
