Secondary master not detected in bios
Bios does not detect secondary master in boot up although does show it on my computer and shows working properly. Having brought the system brand new I changed the dvd combi drive for a dvd rom and separate dvd writer and both function perfectly well during operation. All cables are connected properly and jumpers set correctly. However dvd rom shows as location 0(0) the same as my HDD. Error 0075 shows in bottom right corner of screen and very slow boot up although the system does run up it pauses after finding primary master. Does not detect secondary master but does detect secondary slave showing posn 1(1)
If 1 drive is disconnected run up is fast and still finds secondary slave regarless of which drive is connected. Running win xp pro on asrock 775vm8 motherboard

    0075 Code Boot Error
After a long search about that problem I discover that the problem is coming from the HDD. All the WD HDD are selected by factory as master, if you change it and choose cable select ( CS ) it will fix!!

    Other option
What Ntinos posted should solve the problem, what you can also do is check for a bios update for your CMOS chip. Sometimes falshing the BIOS will solve that issue and any other issues you might be having

Your board has two SATA connectors and two IDE connectors. You don't state how your drives are connected so trying to answer your question is pretty much a fail. Try another post that includes an exact drive configuration.
