script error

Hi hope sombody can help me. I put a verizon cd in my drive an when it started to open an error came up saying (error has occured in the script page. Line-22 char-7 error- Object does not support this property or method. code-0 url file://vzcdchoice\html\Play.htm.) Is there a setting I can change on my pc to fix this because I ran this cd on my cousins pc and It ran fine,she is runnig Windows XP Home. I am running Windows XP Prof. Thanks In advance Ted. :4-dontkno
