I need to recover deleted My Document Files

Somehow, the files in "My Documents" , and "My Pictures" have all been deleted. All of my word documents are gone as well. I have restored my computer back to a different date and that didnt work. I have also checked my recycle bin. anyone able to help? I am running Windows XP

I would suggest that you first do a search in the start menu for a particular item that you know should be in your computer. If the item is found, then you should be able to see where it is located.
