open websites maximised

In most cases a site opens minimized and you have to go to the right top corner and maximize it. I want all my sites and files to open maximized - if possible!?

Well that's a website, unless you mean Chrome. If it is then: Right click the Chrome icon and go into properties and select run: Maximized.
