Right click on the drive letter and choose Explore. Then look at the files at the root of the C: drive. Look for a file with the .INF extension. Delete it or move it to another location. You should never place application launchers such as .INF files at the root of a drive. Every time you double click the drive letter, it tries to launch an application.
