Hi,
According to Microsoft, the problem is that Msjtes40.dll is incorrectly registered. To register this in Windows 98, ME, or XP, click Start, Run, and then type this command, without the quotes: "regsvr32.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\msjtes40.dll". Then, click on OK.
If that doesn't work, then go to
http://www.google.com, and type in the name of each dll file, one at a time. There will be links where to download them.
Best wishes,
fredg
