Missing .dll file in ULTRWW.CAB prevents Excel access

I have had Ultimate Office 2007 since Sept 07. For some reason Excel no longer fires up (everything else Word, Publisher et al still does).

Initially get "configuring 2007" then Error1334 "can't find IPFORMAT.dll file in ULTRWW.CAB".

Can anybody tell me how to fix this so I can open excel files again? - tried "repair" results in same error message..

HELP!!
