The only name displayed on the computer is ZIP. On system properties, I clicked computer name and it says

---- YOUR-004DBB8624. Unless u know how else i can retieve the information you need. however, I think its just kind of a basic computer for my home use only. I hope this helps. Thanks

Any manuals that may have come with PC?

Was this a home built system?

We can try to use software to get some info

On the left hand top of page, click on CPU-Z 1.52 setup and once downloaded, install and run the program
CPUID

Once run, go to the Mainboard tab and post the manufacturer and model that is given

Hopefully we can get some info from that to go on.

CPUID

Under the CPUID logo on top left hand corner, look right below that
-you will see, download latest version
-click the first one - CPU-Z 1.52 setup
run program to install and then run the program

Post info from the Mainboard tab as mentioned above

the box that comes up after the prgram has been run will have 6 tabs along the top
-CPU, Cache, Mainboard, Memory, SPD, and About
-click on the Mainboard tab and post the info that is listed next to manufactuer and Model
