| Are you saying that icons and fonts are very large?
Get into the Control Panel and adjust your screen resolution. I believe that your screen resolution is too low (it's a guess, I know).
Also, check your video driver and make sure that it installed correctly. If it didn't, you may need to get an updated driver from the manufacturer's web site. |

Pay to call Curlyben for advice ($1/min) | Depends what you mean by BIG.
Could be the graphics drivers need updating or the fact the desktop icons on vista and 7 are larger than those of XP.
Come on 'bear you know the score, more information required |

Pay to call Curlyben for advice ($1/min) | There may well be your problem.
Any upgrade does "carry over" some system quirks and as we well know Vista was one BIG quirk.
Back up and start over.
You wont regret it in the long run. |

Pay to call Curlyben for advice ($1/min) | Nope.
Scrub it and start from fresh.
Back up your data and go from there.
Big job, yes, but well worth it.
I've tested machine with clean installs and upgrades and, you guessed it, the clean install wins for stability and reliability.. |
