I would tend to think it would be one of the uniblue programs that were installed. My first guess would be Registry booster.
With this it is going to be trial and error. The first thing I would do is to uninstall Registry Booster.
-Now download and run CCleaner (similar to registry booster program) and let it remove whatever it finds ccleaner (Freeware) Download CCleaner 2.21.940 - FileHippo.com
On the right hand side, click download latest version
And then see if that would resolve problem.
-If not I would uninstall Driver scanner next (personally had issue with this one before)
Now run the CCleaner again
Now see if problem is still there or not
Personally would start with above steps first and see if problem still persists
