Curious to try it. But have heard from one website to avoid at all costs. I run Vista home professional, So I don't think that would be a problem. Has anybody tried it?

I have a new PC with Vista 64 bits. I don't particularly like Vista, I liked XP better. My question, one of two is this: Do I want Windows 7? Do I want IE8? It did cause problems on my XP, might it cause problems on my Vista? Thanks.
