Hard Disk File count in Windows.

I am pretty sure that once upon a time I went to a screen that told me how many files I had on my hard disk. I don't remember how I got there or what it was. Can someone tell me how to do that? Thanks in advance for your help.

If you open C: drive, select all right click and select properties, this will give you the required information as well as sizes.
