printer problems

having trouble with printer because M3SKin.DLL was not. how can i correct this problem?

That file seems to be related to spyware. Uninstall the printer software; download, install, update and run Spybot to rid yourself of the spyware. The reinstall the printer as per the manufacturer's manual.

Hi, Steve,
I agree with the other answer before mine, running spyware scan, in SafeMode.
If you have an Antivirus Program, I would also run a Virus Scan in SafeMode, becuase on a couple of research sites, this might possibly be a worm.
Then, as said before, uninstall the printer, then reinstall it, following exactly the steps given with the printer's manual. I do wish you the best of luck.
