Do I have a virus

when i turn on my computer it starts making this weird like skipping noise and then teh screen that says toshiba comes up adn tehn it just starts listing

few possible problems:

1. your harddrive to motherboard cable's unplugged/disconnected/malfunctioning.

2. your BIOS needs to be rebooted.
