Digital Camera Not Seen

Can anybody tell me why one computer has no problems downloading pics from a Kodak
Digital EasyShare CX6330 camera, but another one will not see the camera.
Adobe PhotoShop Album Starter Edition 3.0, and Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard, they both tell me that there is no camera, Roxio Capture says there are no pics in camera. I thought it might be the Starter Edition, so I uninstalled it, but there was no change. I have Windows XP Pro. And WinFast PX 6600 Gt. Video Card.

im so not an expert here... but i had a computer that didnt get a driver installed for my father in laws camera and after the first hookup, it would never see it. the only way to get pics onto the camera was through a media reader plugged into the usb port... which was fast anyway and dirt cheap on ecost.com.

now ill move over and the the real experts tell you whats up.

The problem solved. Unplug camera from USB. In Device Manager uninstall driver for camera. Reattach camera and the result is that now you can download photos.

I should change my last answer, as only half problem was solved. I can get the photos from the Camera to the photo downloader and Scanner and Wizard, but they both say that the picture can not be copied or obtained, so problem still remains.
