Pc not booting past Splash Screen

After install of Symantec Corporate Edition Antivirus 10.2, PCs hang after Splash Screen. If Antivirus is not installed, it is fine.

How do I fix this?

Don't install Norton. Install Avast. Lot less of a footprint and will not kill computer resources. At least that's the way things have worked for me. Make sure before installing Avast! that you totally clear out the Norton junk.
