How to turn this feature on in win xp professional envirnoment? I tried the following procedure but it won't work for win xp. help.


Control panel - users account - NO ADVANCED TAB to choose...

You were close. Go to Control Panel > User Accounts, click on "Change the way users log on or off", uncheck "Use the Welcome screen". This way they will have to type in a username and password.
