CPU Usage 100% svchost.exe

Using all the CPU usage on start up, takes about 10 minutes to load before I can use my computer normally, done a Norton Anti Virus scan and made sure I have SP2 installed, still having problems. Ran a HijackThis and got the following results, are there any of these I can remove??? Thankyou

Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.0 (BETA)
Scan saved at 21:13:21, on 11/04/2007

I think this may just be a problem of you having too many processing running at the same time. Still, i suggest you download Windows Defender and along with running a scan, use the Software Explorer, highlight svchost.exe to see what processes are running inside (if you are not aware, the multiple svchost.exe's you see in taskmanager are a collection of a number of processes running as one) windows defender gives a list of the names of the individual processes, one of them may be causeing a problem, i suggest taking a note of all processing discovered within all svchost.exe's and posting them also to be further evaluated. As i see no hostile processes... just many unnessisary ones.
