i've got a self assemble pc, which was running smoothly but cant connect to internet. After i have move it to another house, and i can no longer boot it. This is what happened everytime i press the power button, the pc would be running( judging from the sound) for about 4 seconds, but before anything appears on the screen, the computer has already shut down itself( complete silience ).

I would gladly apppreciate if anyone could help me out, thank you very much.
