Device Manger Blank

Device Manger Blank

I noticed I had no sound and checked the device manager and discovered it blank.
Also windows will come up in normal mode but not in safe mode. I noticed that for no reason sometimes I get kicked off the internet back to desktop. Everthing else seems to work ok. What could it be. I've gone to microsoft support and checked the plug and play option.
