Can u retrive buddy's from an aol buddylist?

Hello I need help if atall possible..?

I've managed to delete my whole aol buddylist profile with some important contacts..(which i shouldn't of done)

is there anywhere atall on my PC maybe the regedit i dont know...where these will be in a cache still..

thanks for any help atall

Regedit: no.
Cache: no.
*if* you know the name of the file(s) that you cleared (which you probably don't) then you may try to recover with the free program "PC Inspector File Recovery". But, if you have been using your PC since you cleared the files, the odds are low. I'm afraid that it is hopeless.
