My Bios Can see my hard drive but windows can't

Hi

My troubles started yesterday when i was going to reinstall windows. I put the windows cd in and booted the setup when i got to the part with the partitions and my main hard drive said 131gb free (im running a 320gb IDE in 2 partitions 30gb for windows and the rest for games.)and there was nothin else, i could not see my two partitions.

So i hit F3 to quit and reboot and when it was rebooting it said boot failed files missin.

I've got a spare hard drive witch im using now and i can still get the acsess to the files with File Scavenger 3.1 and they are all in tacked.

How can i get my partitions back. Can any one help .
