Adding a printer in XP
I can't add a printer in XP. Even with the manufacturer's cd, near the end of the installation it tells me that the RPC server is unavailable. After phoning the HP help desk, I was told that the spooler was corrupted in my XP system. The spooler process is not running. How can I fix this?
