| | | weight loss info needed okay i have a goal of 130-145 pounds im currently at 205 and im trying to lose it from nov.8 - dec.20 i know its proably not possible to lose that much weight in little time i calculated 75 pounds in all but my target is 55 pounds
-i only eat about 500 or under calories a day
-i dont excercise because im waiting for my excercising machine
-i eat healthy foods [sometimes]
but mostly im not really focused on my weight i just want to lose my stomach but i kno your weight is included
so does anyone know based on that info how much i could lose? | | | | | | |

| It's alarming that you only consume 500 or less calories a day, your metabolism is the only thing you will lose and mess yourself up for life. I have recently lost a drastic 20lbs in 2 months and I have the atkins plan to thank for that. check out atkins.com there is some great food to enjoy, the best part is carbs rest on your stomache and when you cut them down you will find that you loose from your stomache. good luck

| im not starving myself. i wouldnt say i eat exactly 500 calories a day mayb 500-700 calories. i only eat twice a day so no that isn't much but im trying to work on carbing my appetite without trying diet pills or anything. but thanks for the help. i apperciate it |

i heard about the atkins diet but there is alot of cholestorol involed in that which can cause heart problems. |

| I am trying to lose weight -- and I want to keep it off... Your body fasts all
night and needs a healthy breakfast, fuel for the day... Think fruit and fiber,
forget meats that are fat and cheese my favorite food... Don't drink pop
or snack on junk food... What I do is have snacks of apples, carrots, plums...
I use Dannon Activa with a teaspoon of Flax Seed mixed in as desert...
Also take fruit like peaches and pour off syrup, and wash with water before eating
I really want you to lose weight -- you need to stick to your plan |

slim fast,exercise,and no red meat i lost 60 pounds in about 4 months but you got to really stick with it cause you will gain it back |
