Hi,
I am priya. my age is 31. I am working woman. My weight is 75Kg. I want loose my weight minimum 20kg. How is possible. please tell me

Hi Priya. My name is Jaci. I am 52, and I have fibromyalgia so I can't exercise. However, by cutting down on fats and sugar and watching my portions, I have lost 33 lbs. since last June. If you can, 20 minutes of aerobic exercise everyday combined with a balanced low fat diet is the best way. Eat lots of vegetables and some fruit. If you eat grains or pasta, control your portions and make sure they are whole grains for the best amount of fiber. The real key is portion control and low fats!
