Based upon my personal experience, you will not feel very good losing that much weight so fast. But, how I would do it would be to not eat anything that has over 4 grams of fat in a serving, and exercise strenuously more than once daily.

There may be others on this site who will have additional ideas

Eat smaller portions of a variety of foods, load up on fruits, veggies, legumes and whole grain breads, cereals, rice and pasta. Lean cuts of meats like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish loin type meat, and a serving size is 2-3 oz, Portion size is really importion, read nutritional labels and stick to there 1 portion size Cut out all junk food, fast foods, processed foods and drink lots of water instead of presweetened drinks, cut out cakes, cookies, chips. And you need to ecercise 2-3 times a week for at least 30 minutes for the overall body.
