| losing 20 lbs in 4 months is a bit high on the goal, but it is NOT unattainable, if you do it right.
stay away from sodas, candy, chips, etc.
substitute vegetables/fruits in place of snacks such as wings, crackers, etc.
i wouldn't advise counting calories as that usually drives people crazy...but do watch what you eat. eat small portions very often, and exercise moderately. |
