    You know, chemicals are not so good for your health. The best way is to lose that weight naturally, through healthy meals, full of fibres (vegetables and fruits) and exercises.

    If you want to take something, you can try a special oil for 'draining' (I think it's called paraffin oil). You should not take those too frequently, for they will cause you to lose too much water.

    There are pills but they are available only from doctors and will be prescribed only if you are medically obese. 10kg to lose won't count. They have a lot of side-effects, including pooping yourself. No, I'm not kidding.

    My prescription, and I'll bet money this will work, is to fill half your plate with green vegetables at every meal. Eat all the veg, and whatever else you would normally eat. Stop eating when you are not hungry. Don't eat again until you are hungry. That's it.

    How old are you and how much do you weigh currently? I'm not going to help you lose weight if you are, for example, 15 years old and weigh only 95 lbs.
