Waist Size

Hello
I am 44 year old men. I want to reduce my waist size and weigh. I am walking on my trade mill everyday for one hour. But I can't get any help from that.
Can someone help me on my problem please.
Thanks

Are you overweight?

If you are you may need to consider reducing your food intake as well as exercising.

I suspect one hour of walking a day won't do much in terms of waist reduction - you may have to increase aerobic exercise so that your heart rate is increased and do some waist specific exercises.

90% of weight loss is diet. Walking for an hour a day is the bare minimum you need for general health, it certainly won't cause any significant weight loss.

Try cutting out all the white carbs (sugar, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes) and eating extra green veg instead.

97% of statistics are made up.

100% of weight loss is burning more calories than you take in. This can be accomplished by exercise, diet or ultimately a solid combination of both.

But in the end, if you exercise 500 calories or eat 500 calories less, its the same effect. Bonus because exercise is good for muscle growth, cardiovascular health and general well being.

For your waist, you could try doing sit ups. Those focus more at your waist.
