starving yourself isn't the solution. kids say mean and hurtful things, sometimes that aren't even true so that they feel better about themselves. it's easier said that done but don't listen to this girl. it's possible that she could even be jealous of you.
and I wanted to add that if you want to lose weight, lose it for you not because of what others think. there are simple ways to do this without getting carried away. for starters go for a walk once in a while and more water if you don't already.
No, I'm a healthy girl. I do loads of exersize but this has just got me on a huge downer on my self.. And now I struggle to eat a full meal. Thankyou for all the posts they are so encouraging and help full..
How do you feel about yourself because that is all that counts?
When I was a teen, especially in middle school, I got teased because of the color of my skin, because I was knot knee, of my nose, my hair, etc. It used to get to me but then my grandma told me "don't let them win". Some people get a high out of putting other people down and when they see their remarks are getting to you they will keep bothering you. Then your letting them win.
You have to develop tough skin. After I developed tough skin I smiled at all the put down and responsed with a "thank you". This pissed the bullies off because they wasn't expected that reaction and after a while they left me alone because they see their words no longer affected me.
The sad part is they move on to thier next victim. So don't let them win. Love yourself and the skin your in because no matter your still beautiful.
