    Sweating while working
In my job I am constantly running around for more that 8-12 hrs and as other colleagues of mine has stated the sweat is always pouring out of us. Our query is if we are excercising so much at work then how are we not all size zeros.

Yes we do have the odd guilty pleasure of a chocolate bar but this does not out weigh how much exercise we do.

Most people are incapabe of being a size 0.

The other thing is that although you are working hard and sweating, you probably are not maintaining a consistent training heart rate, which is fairly important in serious weight loss.

I venture to guess that there aren't a lot of size 26s running around your work also, right?

Basically what you will find is a lot of middle of the road, probably on the trimmer side than your average office.
