Suggestions for Diet for workaholic ??

Just looking for diet tips for myself? I am a workaholic and don't have too much time to prepare meals?

I also am not a huge meat eater. I can work out 2-3 times a week with cardio; weights maybe, but need to find time.

If you eat out a lot (which it seems you do) you should just order healthier choices, grilled chicken on whole grain bread, turkey breast, salads, grilled seafood. I would cut out all processed food, including sugar and only eat whole grains. Try snacking on fresh fruits and if you need to have something sweet, have a small piece of 60% and up cacoa dark chocolate. It is very rich and you don't need to eat that much of it.

Sorry, I just noticed that you don't eat meat. I don't know if that includes fish. If not, then by all means, eat fish. Otherwise, I would stick to whole grains, healthy fats, olive oil etc, and lots of veggies, inclusing those high in protein (lentils, beans etc)
