HeY!!
I have been dieting and excercising and i have lost about 40 pounds. I am happy and all, but i have some bingo arms, and my inner thighs are sick. I try overhead arm extensions and i do those leg workouts (i forgot the name) But its not working.

i also wanted some advice on my back fat..lol..i know that sounds stupid, but when i wear my bras it like makes an indent, like fat rolls. (i know what your thinking, get a bigger size bra, but then there is no point in wearing one because they just fall out) Are there any excercises that will get rid of that? I just wanna look good for my wedding. Any thing that would help would be terrific! Thanks a bunch!
