| Say goodbye to the late night binge? Okay, I'm one of those people who try to lose weight off and on and off and on etc. but i can never seem to stay on a diet because i get into one of those slumps where, even if im losing weight i just think "screw it, whats the point?".
However, i lost some weight when i got a cold a couple weeks ago, because i didnt snack. I ate regular meals but i was just never in the mood for snacking. I actually had to force myself to eat meals cuz i was just never wanting to eat. Everything just sounded gross.
In short, i realized i'm active enough to lose weight if i just stop overeating and snacking.
Does anyone have any suggestions on keeping those cravings down? |
