    If you eat only air popped, it's not tooo bad, with no butter, 1 cup is 30.56 calories, and 3.02 calories from fat, if it's air popped and buttered, 1 cup is 62.77 calories and 32.42 calories from fat. But again, it's all in the serving size!

    Popcorn is actually good to eat. As long as it is not loaded with butter. There is also plenty of natural and healthy spices and seasonings you can put on popcorn instead of butter.

    Popcorn is very good. Also like lovelesspa has mentioned serving size makes a difference as well.

    I think kettle corn is good for you, better than most things. But I think it all depends on how much salt and butter there is.
