    Need to lose 20 kgs in 2 months
    Hi. I'm 34, female, india. I'm 5 '8 and weigh 100 kgs. I need to lose at least 20 kgs in 2 months. Please help

    That is losing way to quickly you need to set a lower goal a safe weight lose would be to lose 2 lbs a week. Drinks lots of water and no pop that will help

    Lower Body Fat Percentages come from a healthy and steady weight loss of no more than 2-3 pounds per week, Slowly lowering body fat equals permanent weight control, limiting weight regain. It takes a lot of patience and time to get you body into shape and healthy, but I sure with a few changes, you can do it. Always choose natural, low fat, low sugar, low sodium low calorie foods, like fruits, veggies, lean meats, like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish, loin type meats, baked or broiled, and watch portion sizes, meat should only weight 3 oz. Eat whole grain breads, cereals, pasta and rice, instead of white flour products, Nuts , seeds for snacks but portion sizes are most important in this group because of fat content, usually a handful is one protion. And with dairy products, again, choose low fat, 1-2% or skim milk, non fat, or low fat yogurt, and skim, a portion is one cup), or partially skim, low fat cheese ( one serving 1/1/2 oz) Drinks lots of water, instead of presweeted, drinks or soda. Cut out fast foods, candy, cookies, chips and cakes. And along with all this you need to exercise, walking, jogging, biking, weight/resistance training aerobics, at least 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week, it takes, both nurtition and exercise, to lower body fat percentages. Reducing, calories, smaller portions and exercise, try this it will help!
